Privacy Policy
Last updated 19 September 2026
This policy covers this website and the private-beta application form on it. It does not describe the Qurevi Installed Base product itself, which is not yet generally available; beta participants will receive separate terms covering product data before any of their HubSpot data is processed.
Who we are
This site is operated by Qurevi. You can reach us about anything in this policy at ops@qurevi.com.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to evaluate and respond to a private-beta application. When you submit the form, we store:
| Information | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Work email address | To contact you about your beta application. This is the only way we contact you. |
| Company name | To understand who is applying and to avoid duplicate applications from the same organisation. |
| Company website (optional) | To understand what kind of equipment your business sells. |
| Approximate installed asset count | To judge whether your installed base is a fit for this stage of the beta. |
| Where equipment data is managed today | To understand what an import would involve for you. |
| HubSpot plan (optional) | To check the beta is technically usable for your portal. |
| Beta interest confirmation | A record that you asked to be contacted about the beta. |
| Campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) | To know which channel an application came from. These are read from the page URL only. |
| Submission timestamps | To order the application queue and to operate the form. |
We do not ask for a phone number, a job title, or any personal information beyond a work email address.
What we deliberately do not do
- We do not use analytics platforms, advertising pixels, heatmaps or session recording on this site.
- We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.
- We do not add you to a marketing newsletter. Applying to the beta is not a subscription.
- We do not store your IP address alongside your application.
Your IP address
Your IP address is handled by our hosting provider as part of ordinary web traffic, and it is sent to Cloudflare Turnstile as part of verifying that a submission came from a person rather than a bot.
For rate limiting - stopping the same source from flooding the form - we store only a one-way salted hash of the IP address, in a separate table from applications, and only for as long as the rate-limit window needs it. The IP address itself is never written to our database and never written to our logs.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile, the anti-bot challenge on the form, may store information in your browser as part of determining whether a submission is automated. That processing is described inCloudflare's privacy policy.
Who processes this information
- Cloudflare - hosts this site, stores beta applications in Cloudflare D1, and provides the Turnstile anti-bot challenge.
- Resend - delivers the internal notification email that tells us a new application has arrived.
Both are used only for the purposes above. We do not send your information to any other third party.
How long we keep it
We keep beta applications while the private beta is running and while your application is still relevant to it. If you ask us to delete your application, we will delete it. Rate-limiting hashes are short-lived and are cleared automatically.
Your choices
Email ops@qurevi.com and we will, on request:
- tell you what we hold about your application;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your application entirely.
Depending on where you are, you may also have statutory rights over your personal data. We will honour the requests above regardless of whether a statute requires it.
Security
Applications are stored in Cloudflare D1 and transmitted over HTTPS. Access to the application data is limited to the people who operate Qurevi. We describe the specific technical controls on this form in the repository's security notes rather than making general assurances here.
We do not claim any security or privacy certification.Qurevi has not been audited against SOC 2, ISO 27001, or any comparable framework, and nothing on this site should be read as a certification, attestation or compliance guarantee.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we handle an application already submitted, we will email the address on that application.
