Website and Beta Application Terms

These terms cover two things: using this website, and applying to the Qurevi Installed Base private beta. They are not the agreement that governs participation in the beta itself.
Applying is not the same as joining. If your application is accepted, we will send you a separate beta participation agreement covering the product, your data, confidentiality and support. You will have the chance to read it before any of your HubSpot data is involved.
1. About this site
This site is operated by Qurevi. Qurevi Installed Base is the product described on it. Qurevi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HubSpot, Inc. HubSpot is a trademark of HubSpot, Inc.
2. The product is in private beta
Qurevi Installed Base is pre-release software. It is offered to a limited number of participants, it is under active development, and its features may change or be removed. The HubSpot App Object the product depends on is currently awaiting approval from HubSpot, and some described capabilities are therefore not yet generally available.
3. What the site describes
The descriptions on this site set out what Qurevi Installed Base is intended to do. They are not a commitment that any particular capability will be available to you, on any particular date, or at all. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract, a service-level commitment, or a warranty.
4. Applying to the beta
- Applying is free and creates no obligation on either side.
- You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to provide it on behalf of the organisation you name.
- We may accept or decline any application, for any reason, and we may close the beta at any time.
- We will contact you only by email, and only about your beta application. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing.
5. Acceptable use of this site
You agree not to:
- submit applications you know to be false, or submit on someone else's behalf without their authority;
- attempt to circumvent the anti-bot, rate-limiting or validation controls on the signup form;
- use automated means to submit the form;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site or its underlying systems.
If you believe you have found a security issue with this site, please emailops@qurevi.com rather than testing against it further.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including the Qurevi name and mark, belongs to Qurevi. You may reference and link to this site; you may not reproduce it as your own.
7. Availability
This site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Qurevi is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on descriptions of pre-release software published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Privacy
What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
